Membership Information
Private Lessons
Private lessons are available to members and non-members for all age groups. This is not intended to just show “moves”. Our goal is to enhance the wrestler. We do this through film review, mental approach to the sport and show techniques of positions they are struggling in.
Little Hammers
Grades K – 2nd who are just getting into wrestling. This is available for boys and girls. Little Hammers runs from November 1st through NE USA State. Practice is one day a week. The program is designed to cover core wrestling skills along with gymnastics. The goal is to have fun and learn to love the sport. Club coaches will not corner coach these individuals at tournaments. Parents will have the option to or not. Our club philosophy, this group will not wrestle live in tournaments until 3rd grade or later (there are some exceptions). They then will travel to National tournaments wrestling in the novice division and local tournaments.
Preseason
The preseason program begins August 1st though the start of the High School Wrestling Season. This includes Super 32, Fall Brawl, and Preseason National tournaments. This includes 9 sessions a week. This includes two power lifting sessions, two functional strength sessions, one leg riding only session, and 5 wrestling sessions. We are a unique club designed for the serious wrestler. Membership is open for 3rd-12 graders. *Coaches have the right to move individuals between the rooms.
Folkstyle Season
The youth folkstyle season runs November 1st through Post Season Nationals. The purpose of youth season is to help kids prepare for their high school season by having them compete at varying levels of competition throughout the year. We blend our schedule with local and national events to guarantee they will be challenged and experience success. The goal is to build athletes into the best version of themselves at that high school level.
Olympic Wrestling
The Olympic season runs March 1st through Fargo (mid-July). Our Olympic program is for 3rd – 12th graders looking to make big jumps during the “offseason.” We believe training and competing during the summer gives you a huge advantage over those who are not. If you plan on wrestling at the collegiate level, this shouldn’t be optional. This will include State and local freco tournaments, national tournaments including Northern and Southern Plains, Fargo, and Kids Nationals. We will also be mixing in folkstyle for those with reservations on freco.
